Music and atmosphere play a powerful role in bringing people together. Alongside our work convening conversations, Ark curates live music and cultural experiences that deepen connection, creativity and a sense of place.

Ark is led by Tom Pycraft, an award-winning event producer with 20 years of experience in international corporate and private events. Tom specialises in crafting impactful business conferences and experiences that focus on climate, sustainability, ESG, and regenerative agriculture.
His background includes senior roles at Reuters Events and TXF News, where he developed global events in energy, infrastructure, and finance.
Through Ark's entertainment division, Tom also brings his expertise as a DJ and music curator to event programming, creating unique soundscapes and musical experiences.
By combining commercial acumen with sustainability principles, Tom delivers exceptional, purpose-driven events that connect people and inspire positive change.
